Construction robots, chosen by the task
25 production models from Chinese factories under the ASBAG Datanex brand. We match them to the operations on your site and start with a pilot.
Machines take the dust, the height and the repetition
Finishing, grinding and concrete work are where crews are hardest to find and where most rework happens. Robots take the operations that repeat thousands of times, and people keep the decisions and the sign-off.

The line-up: 25 machines, five groups
Concrete
6 machines

Tracking concrete placing boom, 20 m
Feeds and distributes the mix and follows the concreting front.

Floor screeding robot, 1.5 m head
Brings a freshly placed slab to the design plane.

Floor leveling robot, 2.5 m head
The same operation on large open areas, with twice the working width.

Power troweling robot
Trowels the setting surface of car parks and large floors.

Concrete vibrating robot
Compacts placed mix to a depth of 1.5 m, remote controlled.

Mortar leveling robot
Floor screed to datum points, compact enough for interiors.
Grinding and floors
5 machines

Shear wall grinding robot
Removes formwork marks with sensor-controlled pressure.

Ceiling grinding robot
Works the underside of slabs so people stay off the scaffold.

Floor grinding robot, 850 mm
Prepares industrial floors and navigates by 2D lidar.

Floor coating robot
Lays epoxy coating in an even layer across the area.

Putty sanding robot
Sands walls and ceilings with dust extraction.
Finishing and painting
7 machines

Plastering robot
Applies and levels the plaster layer.

Screw pump for mortar feed
Feeds mortar to the plastering robot and works in a pair with it.

Putty and spray coating robot
Sprays putty and paint onto walls and ceilings.

Paint mixing station
Prepares the compound and feeds it to the spraying robot.

Indoor spraying robot
One operator runs several machines on interior walls and ceilings.

Tile laying robot
Feeds and lays large-format tiles from its own magazine.

Exterior wall spraying system
A spraying cradle that replaces work at height.
Measurement, layout, logistics
5 machines

Measuring robot
Surveys a room and reports geometric deviations for as-built records.

BIM layout marking robot
Marks axes and layout lines from the model onto the slab.

Construction hoist
Two cars with automatic calls and trip allocation.

Construction cleaning robot
Clears debris and dust in rooms and open areas.

Curtain wall cleaning robot
Washes glass, metal and stone facades with water fed from the ground.
Structural frame
2 machines

Rebar tying robot
Ties mesh intersections to a set pattern.

Block laying robot
Lays blocks for non-load-bearing walls from its own conveyor.
We share machine names and the specifications of each position at a technical meeting.
We start small and with measurements

Site audit
We survey the project, pick the operations with the strongest effect and agree the pilot zone and the machine set. In parallel we draft the technical brief for the node.
Pilot on one project
One or two machines of each selected model work inside a real production cycle next to your crews. We record output per hour, rework and headcount per operation.
Scale-up
You decide on the fleet using your own figures from the pilot, and not before.
Supply, assembly and your brand
Machines can ship as complete knock-down kits for assembly in your country, with factory technicians supporting the build.
Equipment carries the ASBAG Datanex brand. Supply under your own brand is possible by agreement.
Operator training takes place on your site. Spare parts and warranty requests go through ASB Asia Group.
The machines work on their own or with the ASBAG Datanex node, which keeps site data inside the perimeter.
About the nodeHow a deal runs
- 01
Sourcing
We find the product and the factory and compare options against your specification.
- 02
Supplier check
We look at registration, production capacity, real shipments and reputation, and visit the factory where it matters.
- 03
Payment through Hong Kong
You pay our Hong Kong company under an agency agreement, and we pay the factory against contract milestones. Bank transfer through Hong Kong, Turkey or Dubai, or Alipay and WeChat Pay.
- 04
Inspection
We check completeness and function before the goods leave the factory.
- 05
Logistics and customs
Freight, full customs clearance at destination and delivery to your site.
One contract with one company. One person runs the deal from request to handover.
Send us the list of operations
Tell us the project type, the operations you want to robotize and the site conditions. We reply with a pilot proposal.
