ASBAG
Yellow 40 ft container data center with the ASBAG Datanex mark, a louvered cooling end wall and a side door, on a wet concrete pad at golden hour

Container data centers from China, sourced and checked

We find the factory, compare offers, inspect the build and ship it. Liquid-cooled modules for AI workloads, from about 200 kW to 1 MW per container.

An agent on your side of the deal

We do not build data centers. We run the purchase: one request to several manufacturers, a side-by-side comparison of their answers, a check of each company, acceptance tests and delivery to your site. You get one contract and one person accountable for the deal.

Current work includes a data center project for a client in the US. Manufacturer and client names are shared under a non-disclosure agreement.

What suppliers on our shortlist build

Ranges declared by manufacturers on our shortlist. Final specifications come from the factory quote.

Edge module

Container
20 ft
IT load
up to about 200 kW
Per rack
up to 50 kW
Notes
In-rack liquid cooling

Mid-density module

Container
40 ft
IT load
about 480 kW
Per rack
up to 60 kW
Notes
In-row liquid and air cooling

High-density module

Container
40 ft
IT load
up to 1 MW
Per rack
up to 100 kW
Notes
Direct-to-chip cooling, CDU per rack

Larger sites are built from several modules. Tell us the target load and we ask factories to size it.

Cooling for the rack density you need

Direct-to-chip
Cold plates on GPUs and CPUs, in-rack manifolds, a coolant distribution unit and dry coolers outside.
Immersion
Servers in tanks of dielectric fluid, with no server fans.
Hybrid
Liquid for GPU racks, air for storage and network racks in the same module.
Hot aisle inside a liquid-cooled container data center: rack rears with coolant manifolds and black hoses, a coolant distribution unit at the end of the row
Row of black gas generator sets with yellow stripes beside a yellow container data center and dry coolers at blue hour, floodlights on
Option

Power next to the compute

If the grid connection is slow or short, we can source the power side too, as an option: UPS, battery storage, and gas or diesel generator modules from manufacturers in China. The power block stands next to the IT modules on the same site. Sizing and lead times depend on the factory and are confirmed in the quote.

Data center site from above: yellow container data center, V-shaped dry coolers, black gas generator sets, a white battery storage container and a transformer on one fenced concrete pad
UPS
Ride-through for the IT load during switching.
Battery storage
Containerized battery storage for backup and peak shaving.
Generator modules
Containerized gas or diesel generator sets for a site with limited grid power.
Heat rejection
Dry coolers or cooling towers sized with the cooling system.
Coolant distribution unit with its door open at the end of the rack row: plate heat exchanger, two pumps and insulated pipes leaving through the wall

What ships with a module

  • Container shell and racks
  • Manifolds and CDUs
  • Heat rejection: dry coolers or cooling towers
  • Power distribution and UPS
  • Fire suppression and leak detection
  • Monitoring over Modbus or SNMP

How the purchase runs

  1. 01

    Request

We send your specification to several manufacturers in one format.

  2. 02

    Shortlist

We compare answers line by line and flag gaps: density, power, standards, lead time.

  3. 03

    Company check and factory visit

We check each company, and visit the factory before the deposit where the deal needs it.

  4. 04

    Acceptance test

Before shipping, the factory tests power, cooling and leak detection, and we inspect the test.

  5. 05

    Payment and shipping

Payments go through our Hong Kong company against milestones. We handle freight and customs paperwork.

  6. 06

    Handover

We hand the module and its documents to your installer on site.

What we need to start

  • Target IT load, kW or MW
  • Rack count and kW per rack
  • Cooling type, if decided
  • Site climate, grid voltage and frequency
  • Power backup: UPS runtime, battery storage, generators
  • Standards your site requires
  • Delivery country and target date

We ask each factory for the certifications your site requires.

We run sourcing, inspection, payments and delivery. Installation, local permits and grid connection stay with your installer.

Tell us the load and the site

We come back with the manufacturers that fit and the next step.
