How the deal runs
From the first call to EU plates: what we do, in what order, and what you get at each stage.
The full cycle
Model selection and a registration check
We match the model to your task and check what it takes to register it in the country where the car will live. If the answer is "not worth it", you hear that first.

Purchase and inspection in China
We buy from the dealer or place the order at the factory, then inspect the car before it ships and send you a video report.
Secured payment under an agency agreement
You contract with our Hong Kong company. The payment to China moves through us, not from you to an account you cannot verify.

EU certification
CoC or laboratory testing, handled by our certification partner in Germany. For models with homologation already completed this stage is shorter, because type certification is not repeated.

Freight and customs clearance
Shipping out of China, then full customs clearance on arrival in the EU.

Handover on EU plates
You receive the car with the EU registration paperwork completed.
Why the payment side is the part we talk about most
The hardest part of buying in China is not choosing the car — it is sending money to a counterparty you cannot visit. We close that with an agency agreement with ASB ASIA GROUP LIMITED in Hong Kong: you have a contract with a company you can check, the payment to the factory or dealer goes through us, and the car is inspected with a video report before it ships. The payment schedule itself is fixed in your contract and confirmed by your manager — we do not publish it, because the terms depend on the deal.
What the turnkey price is made of
We publish the structure, not the numbers. Every line depends on the model, the port and the country of registration — a published "from" figure would be a guess, and a guess is worse than no figure at all.
- Vehicle price at the Chinese dealer or factory
- Pre-shipment inspection and video report
- ASBAG agency fee for the secured payment
- EU certification: CoC or laboratory testing
- Inland transport in China and export paperwork
- Ocean or rail freight, plus cargo insurance
- EU import duty, VAT and customs clearance
- Registration paperwork in the country of registration
Ask for a quote on a specific model and your manager comes back with one turnkey figure, broken down by these lines.
Customs and registration
Who clears customs — you or me?
We do. Customs clearance in the EU is part of the turnkey scope, and the duty and VAT are lines in your quote rather than a surprise on arrival.
Do I have to be in the EU to buy?
No. The contract, the inspection report and the paperwork all work remotely. Registration itself happens in the country where the car will be registered, and we prepare the documents for it.
Can you register the car for me?
We prepare and hand over the full document set, including the certification documents the authority asks for. Registration is granted by the authority of your country, not by us — so we will say "turnkey export including certification", and we will not say "guaranteed registration". Anyone who promises you the second thing is selling you a risk.
What if my country is outside the EU?
We export worldwide, but the homologation data on this site is EU-specific and does not transfer. Tell us the destination and your manager comes back with what certification applies there.
Check your model before you commit
Tell us the model and the country where the car will be registered. You get the homologation status confirmed by a person, the turnkey figure for your case, and a straight answer if the model is not worth importing.
Request a quoteHomologation status is reported by our certification partner in Germany and is valid as of the date shown above. Your manager confirms the current status before any commitment. Certification lead times and certification costs are confirmed individually and are not published here. Nothing on this page is a public offer.
